- Read thread replies
Connecting Slack
- Go to Console → Tools → Slack
- Click Connect Slack
- Select the Slack workspace to connect
- Review and approve the permissions
- Click Allow
Configuring channel access
- Go to Tools → Slack → Channel Settings
- Add the channels the agent should have access to
- Set read vs. write permissions per channel
Example tasks
- “Send a message to #engineering with today’s deployment summary”
- “Check #support for any urgent messages in the last 2 hours and summarize them”
- “Post the weekly report to #general with a thread for questions”
- “Alert #on-call that the database latency is above threshold”
