Create an Agent

Creating a new agent

  1. Go to Console → Agents
  2. Click New Agent
  3. Fill in the configuration (described below)
  4. Click Save

Basic info

FieldDescription
NameWhat your agent is called. Visible to users if deployed publicly.
DescriptionInternal note about what this agent does. Not shown to end users.
Agent TypeInternal, Customer-Facing, or Collaboration. See Agent Types →.
Avatar / IconOptional image shown in chat interfaces.

Instructions

The instructions define the agent’s behavior. Write them in plain English.

Tools tab

Select which tools the agent has access to. You must first connect a tool in the Tools section before you can enable it here.


Knowledge tab

Attach one or more knowledge bases. When attached, the agent will automatically search them during conversations.

Playbooks tab

Enable built-in skill playbooks: Coding, Research, Customer Support, DevOps. See Playbook Library →.


Settings tab

SettingDescription
Execution ModeStandard or Advanced. Defaults to automatic selection based on task complexity.
Monthly Credit LimitCap the maximum credits this agent can spend per month.
MemoryEnable persistent memory — the agent remembers context across separate conversations.
LanguageResponse language override. Defaults to the user’s input language.

Deleting an agent

  1. Open the agent’s Settings tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom → Delete Agent
  3. Confirm deletion
