Can I use Auteryn for free? Yes — the Free plan includes 500 credits per month and 1 agent. No credit card required.
Is my data secure? Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don’t train our models on your data. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens if my agent runs out of credits mid-task? The agent stops and returns an error. The task is preserved — resume it after topping up credits or increasing the agent’s credit limit.
Can I export my data? Yes — Settings → Data Export to download your agents, knowledge bases, and run history. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Is there an on-premises option? Yes, for Enterprise customers. Contact enterprise@auteryn.ai.
