Sync & Manage

Triggering a manual sync

  1. Go to Console → Knowledge Bases
  2. Click on your knowledge base
  3. Click Sync Now

A sync re-indexes all content from your connected source. Changes in the source (e.g., updated Notion pages) will be reflected after the sync completes.

Viewing sync history

Open Knowledge Bases → [your KB] → Sync History to see:

  • Timestamp of each sync
  • Duration
  • Number of documents added, updated, or removed
  • Any errors

Managing documents

In the Documents tab, you can:

  • Search for specific documents in the knowledge base
  • Preview the content that was indexed
  • Delete individual documents
  • See when each document was last synced

Troubleshooting

The agent isn’t finding my content

  • Confirm the knowledge base is attached to the agent (Agent → Knowledge tab)
  • Check that the last sync completed successfully
  • Test with a specific phrase that appears verbatim in your document

Sync is failing

  • Re-authorize the source connection (OAuth tokens expire): Knowledge Bases → [your KB] → Settings → Reconnect
  • Check if the source is still accessible
  • Check the error message in Sync History for details

Content is outdated

  • Trigger a manual sync
  • Or reduce the auto-sync interval in Sync Settings
