- Create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram
- Copy the bot token from BotFather
- Go to Console → Tools → Telegram
- Paste the bot token and save
- Deploy your agent: Agent → Deploy → Telegram
Your agent is now accessible at your bot’s Telegram URL.
Use case: Customer support, e-commerce, notifications
WhatsApp requires a WhatsApp Business Account via Meta.
- Set up a WhatsApp Business account via Meta for Business
- Get your WhatsApp Business API credentials
- Go to Console → Tools → WhatsApp
- Enter your phone number ID, access token, and webhook verify token
- Deploy your agent: Agent → Deploy → WhatsApp
